Using NoMachine for working remotely with my PC on 3D applications, I want to avoid the various components to stay always up and running using energy and shortening their life.
I can't set the system to stanby since I always have had problems in waking it up even when I'm onsite, also NoMachine didn't support right now the wake-on-lan feature (in development).
Having two GPU for sure these are one of the most power consuming components. PCIe Link State Power Management is currently set as “Moderate power savings”, will make sense to set it at "Maximum Power Saving" or I will possibly have problems in waking it up from remote connection and also maybe lower general performances due to a more aggressive idling.
