PCI-X cards are NOT compatible with PCI Express slots. And vice versa.

There should be SCSI PCIe controllers available though yes (either now or very soon).

They are NOT compatible, PCI-X and PCI express(PCIe) are 2 totaly differant things.

PCI-X is an extension of 64bit PCI and is a totaly different standard than PCI-E (which is a serial interphase not parallel like PCI-X)

A lot of times PCI-X is used to mean PCI-Express. Not saying it's correct, but it is quite often mis-labelled.

64 bit PCI is, in fact, a form of PCI-X.
PCI-X is anything that is based on normal PCI and either faster or wider.
