PCI slots

Will I run into any problems if I rearrange order of the cards in my PCI slots? I want to insert a TV tuner card, however my audio jumper will not reach my open PCI slot; therefore, I don't have any audio with the TV tuner.

You may have to uninstall and reinstall the card in Windows.

Or, you may not have to do anything.
