PCI question

May be a dumb question, but here goes. Can I install a 64bit pci card in a 32 bit slot?

Depends.

64bit PCI come in 33Mhz and 66Mhz flavours.
32bit PCI comes only at 33Mhz

I believe that a 64bit/33Mhz PCI card will work just fine in a 32bit slot (though of course with 1/2 the bandwidth) but the 64/66 won't work in 32bit slots.
