I would keep a log of when the crashes are, what the bugcheck code is and what you were doing at the time of the crash.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL used to be pretty typical as a driver problem but it's a long time since I've seen happen for that specific cause.

I've also seen shedloads of WHEA logger messages in the logs when a computer is working fine... I still don't like it as a message though!

You can check nvme health with crystaldiskinfo. Or under the SMART section of HWiNFO. It is probably fine.

Given the persistence of problems, the CPU is now the main suspect in my opinion. I'd strongly consider starting the RMA, contacting the seller, whatever the procedure is where you live for getting it replaced.
