Hey!
Just wondering if the next card with PCI Express will work on standard athlon64 board.
Like my Asus K8V Deluxe.

No the Asus K8V-D will not be able to use pci express because it doesnt have pci express slots.

It's got 1 agp & 5 pci slots.
 
You would need PCI Express slots, as well as a PCI Express supporting chipset on the motherboard.
