PCI Express Overclock problem

I have an MSI k8n neo 4 platinum. It is overclocked, but With every incremental overclock I cannot OC my video card. So My guess is the pci express bus isnt locked. I have not found a bios command that would lock it. or adjust it.

Im at 260 x 10 for 2.6 ghz.

What can i do to overclock the video card.
 
Download Clockgen NF4 it will report your PCI-E bus speed, you can tell if its locked but it should be or you wouldn't be able to hit 260mhz
 
No but I have used RivaTuner to overclock my card. I have the same board only non-platinum and my card is fine. You have settings in RiavTuner set wrong or something?
 
Rivatuner wont even let me raise 1 point. It used to before the cpu overclock so I assume the PCI Express bus isnt locked causing the problem.
