Hey, this is my first post on this forum. I had trouble searching for an answer, so I started this post. Where can I buy the 6800 GT in PCI-e form and does it have a significant performance increase?

Dell sucks, don't try to get anything thats new on the market from them right now. I've been waiting over a month for my 8400 system with a PCI-e ATI 256 X800 XT and I have no idea when its going to show up. The sad part is, neither does Dell. If you do decide to get one from them, give them a call and make sure they actually have one in stock. Don't believe their "7 day delay" crap.

6800 GTO: 12 pipelines, 256MB 900MHz memory, 350MHz core, x16 PCI-E
6800 GTO = ~70% of a 6800GT

the 6800GTO is a rip off cause its $330 on top of the x300se that comes standard with the computer. so add the retail price of the x300se and the $330 and it will be more expensive than buying a normal 6800gt.
