download cpu-z v 1.38 or newer and click on the mainboard tab and see what the transfer rate is.

it wasn't me it was the fucktards at best buy

long story but here goes

well my my windows was acting up and wasn't booting and I couldn't use any options in the load screen so I didn't know what to do. I sent it to best buy because I didn't want to spend money on a new anything without knowing what was wrong and I didn't want to lose my HDD's info if I could avoid it. for like 50 bucks they ran a "diagnostic" on all the parts because they say that is protocol. they tell me that the video card is bad without any explanation and I knew that it wasn't because I had just send it back to MSI to work on it under warranty so I told them to test it on another rig (not mine) and see if it work fine on the other rig so I knew it was the mobo and they don't me the thing that was failing was when they ran a stress test the card crashed. since I got the computer back I've been running it without incident on BF2142 and other games that certainly put stress on it but I'm just worried about the future if it really does crash under stress.

btw the problem was my hard drive had bad sectors on it so I had to replace it = (

well if you can run games on it fine, i don't see what the problem is....

obviously they didn't know what they were doing and if you can game fine w/o crashing or glitching... then everything should be okay.
