^ what bios are you running ? is thee something newer than F8a beta bios that came out ? thats what i have on my ds3l
 
right now im running F7. my 8800GT would not work with the bios that came with the motherboard. All id get was a black screen. I put my old 6800 gt in and flashed the bios and it worked fine after that.
