OOS any idea if they will be getting it back? Now they have a card with VIA chipset. Any differences between via and ti? I heard maybe one is better than the other, any info? thanks.

Anybody else having problems with this card and overclocking? Is this a problem uniform to all firewire chipsets? (problem is whenever I overclock, my firewire drive becomes unaccesible.)

i'd also like to know what the fuss is about different chipsets...are you implying that via chipsets on a firewire is like the via chipset on motherboards?
