Its funny too because you see AMD cards outperforming Kepler in this. Makes nvidia look worse.
AMD is committed to improving performance for the recently-released Project CARS and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. To that end, we are creating AMD Catalyst™ 15.5 Beta to optimize performance for these titles, and we will continue to work closely with their developers to improve quality and performance. We will release AMD Catalyst™ 15.5 Beta on our website as soon as it is available.

Very good and spot on.
In short he ask a question from AMD that Nvidia has invested millions into Gamework than why in the hell they will give code to AMD to optimize it or help AMD to optimize because it is a business.
He also said AMD is now a company who only blames everyone rather make decision and bold risk to counter it.
I have to admit I rarely believe a word that comes out of Huddy's mouth, it certainty doesn't help AMD's argument when he makes things up that can be easily disproved like not having hairworks until the last moment, even though there are videos of it working in the witcher 3 from several months before.
Wow, so much controversy over NVidia Hairworks, when NVidia doesn't even recommend using it with their own cards unless you have a 980. Not arguing for or against gameworks, but this whole Witcher 3 gameworks controversy seems kind of ridiculous.
It's not really that. It's because for some strange reason, Nvidia is supposed to code Hairworks (Gameworks) content to work or perform better on AMD hardware. Truth is, Nvidia only has to do that for it's customers. AMD has to do that for theirs.

I don't remember anyone saying Nvidia should make Gameworks features work better on AMD hardware. I thought the supposed issue was that it made it impossible for AMD to make it work better on AMD hardware.

Can't wait to see hardware exclusive titles that don't run on other manufacturer hardware. Great attitude.
What would you say if crysis 3 didn't even run on nv cards? AMD has no obligation to ensure the game can be lunched on nv hardware.

Apparently allowing AMD to optimize for AMD is doing AMDs work for it. AMD needs to send in some spies and double agents to change nvidia policy, thereby AMD would be doing AMDs work for AMD.
Why couldn't AMD send engineers to CDPR and code in TressFX to work with their graphics card? Why must NVIDIA open up GameWorks for them? All I hear is a bunch of weak excuses for why AMD is a perpetual failure.

"...the company "specifically asked" CD Projekt Red if it wanted to put TressFX in the game following the revelation that HairWorks was causing such a large drop in performance, but apparently the developer said 'it was too late'."

I personally don't care about either I turned Tress off in TR and I turned HW off in The Witcher 3, I think they bother offer fairly little and I'd rather have the performance. That said I do care if things become some stupid battle ground of proprietary middle-ware.
AMD should be offering these open source middlewares to every developer they can find if they want to stop the spread of GameWorks or at least have their own option in the games but instead they allow their "gaming scientist" (aka liar) to grab the mic again & again.
