On Saturday I ordered a thunderbird 900mhz from pccost.com and the site said in stock and would ship within 24 hours. That night I got the conformation email with the $165 price saying in stock. It has not shipped yet. It is now tuesday and they called asking me to cancel my order because they didn't have any.
Well they changed the price on the site to over $400 and it says in stock. They never said that it was a pricing error. The lady just suggested that I cancel because they did not have any in stock. I told her to keep the order open anyways.
The problem is that she said she didn't know how long it would take and they don't like to keep orders open. I'm supposed to call her back in two days.
How should I handle this situation?
