Wasn't sure what forum this would fit into so I put it here.

What company would you recommend for PCB manufacturing. All of the companies I have come across are either too expensive or are over seas.

board requirements:
dual layer
silk screened
solder mask
board is about 30 sq in

The cheapest outfit stateside i'm aware of is:

But you need to buy 4 boards. However, they have a student program that let's you get singles at the same cost, whether that applies to you or not, i don't know.

D'oh, ya beat me to it. I've ordered quite a few from Advanced Circuits - $150 will get you 4 dual-layer, silkscreen and solder mask up to 60 square inches. Or, if you're a student, $50 will get you a single board ($33 plus shipping).

Another vote for Advanced Circuits. I used them all throughout college and I continue to use them now.

how about rapid prototyping services for plastic parts? any good companies? I use to use the machine on campus but it was just wax models and not precise at all. I am looking for some parts to be made in a rigid plastic.
