PC3200 RAM. Quality vs Cheap Value

I have 2GB of ocz premiere ram. I am looking to get 4GB. I do not overclock my pc. Is there any difference between those choices? I mostly do photoshoping. Don't play much.
Last thing I want to do is spend $400+ to get an extra 1% of performance gain.
