PC3200 on PC2700?

Can PC3200 Memory run on PC2700 motherboards? If so is that the way to overclock the system?
Is Samsung best memory to go with?

PC2100 thru PC3200 can work on any DDR board, provided the fsb speed or memory dividers are set to run the memory at it's correct speed. If you are looking for 400MHz DDR speeds I would suggest just finding some original Samsung PC2700 not on a third party pcb. It is one of the cheapest and fastest options, seeming to hit 200MHz cas 2 at moderate voltage.
