PC2700 DDR

it'll work just fine you can run it at the ddr266(pc2100) speed or ddr200 (pc1600)
just not all boards will let you run the pc2700 (ddr333) at it's max speed only a few motherboards support running the mem at the ddr333 speed (166mhz ddr)

so yeah if you wanna spend the extra cash and get this stuff it is good
you can use it for overclocking since it is speced at higher speeds and also it will give you room for future upgrades and what not if you get a board that support ddr333

and in those newer mobos ya can clock fsb and memory like asyncorniusly or whatever so like the fsb need not be overclocked in order to have kick ass ram?
