Ok,

I have a stick of PC2700 ram and the D845GEBV2 mobo, I also got a P4 2.0 GHz process, FSB 400MHz.
Well, in the Intel manual, it says, the board does support PC2700, but to run at 333MHz, the FSB needs to be at 533MHz, otherwise the ram will run at 266MHz, wtf!

So do you know how I can make my ram run at 333MHz with that mobo and the same processor?

TIA!!

I was unable to find a solution the last time I tried to help a guy with this problem :( Sorry, you may want to sell it and pick up an Asus P4PE-series or something.

You cant

400 FSB 3:4 ratio = DDR266
533 FSB 4:5 ratio = DDR333

That is what is officially supported by the 845PE chipset.
