PC2300 RAM?

I have a 2 GHz P4 with a 400MHz FSB and 128 MB of RAM(I know, it's tiny). CPU-Z tells me that my RAM is PC2300, which I've heard runs at 144 MHz, but it only says it's running at 132.9 MHz, which is effectively 133, in otherwords PC2100 speed. I obviously need more RAM, but I can't find anyone who sells PC2300, so I was wondering if it'll run PC2100.

the make? It came with my Dell, so I'm not sure what it is. It says Infineon on it though...

CPU-Z says that it's kingston
