PC133 with SPD/ EEPROM

I see two different types of PC133, one with SPD/EEPROM and the other without. Is one better than the other in reliability or compatibility? The components I plan to buy are:

EPOX 8KTA+; Duron 700; 128 MB PC133 memory; Sparkle 300W ATX; Goldstar 8x4x32 CDRW with 2MB; Maxtor 15GB 7200 rpm; eVGA GeForce 2 MX with 32MB.

Will either type work with these parts?

Thank you in advance for your help.

All PC133 SDRAM comes with SPD/EEPROM. SPD, or the EEPROM, contains size, timing and configuration information for the RAM.

Only PC66 SDRAM exists without SPD. SPD is needed to certify PC100 and PC133 SDRAM, so don't worry about it.

Actually there are company that erase the EEPROM and give u a PC66 for a PC100, etc. So still be careful...

"EEPROM" = Electrically Eraseable Programmable ROM = I can erase it and put a lower timing from a PC100 to a PC133 so it'll run stable at 133 but at slow ass timing.
