My dad has an intel 815aae something or another board that supports up to 133mhz FSB. It has a 733mhz celeron that (according to Intel) operates at 66mhz FSB.
He currently has two 32meg sticks in there and I was wondering if I could replace them with a 256 meg PC133.. would it work fine with the cpu knocking it down to PC66? Will the latency change? PC133 seems to be the most available kind of old school ram and it would make sense to get one incase he upgrades to a P3 1.2ghz chip down the road.
Thanks,
