If you're letting your motherboard autodetect the CAS settings it may be necessary to have the slower stick in the first slot, if you set them yourself just be aware of what your PC100 is rated for. If it's CAS 3 and your PC133 is CAS 2, don't be surprised if you have to run them both at CAS 3. No harm in trying CAS 2 though, you can always go back to 3 if you have problems.
