Wow..... and I just bought The Orange Box yesterday from Amazon.com when it was $29.99. Plus we do not have a Fry's out east.

I did get a good deal on it through Amazon. Basically got it for free. You sign up for their credit card and get an instant $30 credit when you make your first purchase.

Already have UT3, I play it but not as often as I should.
 
Might not be worth it depending on how far you have to go, with gas prices being what they are I know if I didn't live so close I would never make the trek in austin traffic. It can be had at amazon for 29.90 and free shipping right now.
 
Got mine today in Houston. Fry's on SW freeway had about 20 copies on the shelf.

I work off 360/bee caves and live near downtown....I did the trek to frys a few months ago after work. 1.5 hrs to get to frys and then straight to my place. 25 miles round trip.


Well, to break it out. without factoring in time, tax would be 1.70 and then probably 6 bucks for mileage based on .49 a mile, 1 way. So total would be just a shy over 28 for me to pick it up. For $2 more I could just order it from Amazon...hmmm I like that idea better.
 
How good is UT3? Is worth playing, let alone buying?
Does anyone check Fry's in Plano, TX to see whether it has any UT3 in store, today?

What a great area, I used to live there next to kerby lane cafe. Quick access to some great restaurants and 4th-6th streets. The biggest deal for me is the time, if you need to do something across town you can easily spend a couple hours going there and back in traffic. There were about 9-10 copies of the game left when I was there this morning so who knows how it is now. Really wanted to get bioshock too but waiting for it to drop to $20.
 
darn should've waited a week to get orange box for $20. I bought TF2 alone for $15 there last week. I could've gifted the rest to my brother.
 
Thanks for this one. Been wanting to get UT3, just for the shelf. Not too much play value in it for me, but I have all the other UT games so this one is for the shelf.
