pc won't turn on!!! help!!!!

AIW radeon 9700 pro
2x512 kingston hyperx pc3500
abit Ic7
sony dvd drive
liteon cdrw

Whenever I turn it on it will auto shut down itself in 2 seconds! But it was working fine just last night. I haven't touched anything inside. What's wrong!?

AGGG! That's weird! I just hooked my PC to my belkin UPS and it worked... Now I gotta put the UPS to the outlet next to my desk and try again...

Is that an intel or an amd setup? Check the heatsink, it might be clogged up with dust, or it could have come loose.
