My monitor is a HP LV2311 23" LED. I actually like it alot and I bought it off the hot deals section on the forum. I think its a 1920 by 1080

Yep, that's a standard 60 Hz monitor (nothing wrong with that), so with Vsync enabled, 60 is the highest FPS you will see.

Everything is working perfectly except Battlefield 3 won't launch. It isn't like the game is crashing or anything, It just won't launch at all. I installed it and whenever I hit play in origin it shows a little loading hourglass and then nothing. It just doesn't respond??

Did you load the NVidia drivers for your GPU? Did it go smoothly, no errors? If so, just uninstall BF3, reboot and reinstall.

I loaded the newest ones and reinstalled the game. Still no luck, I'm not sure whats going on :hmm:

Is it the Steam version of the game? Do you have Steam installed? Is it running correctly? Is your game license/key activated? Just throwing ideas out there.
