pc wont boot up

xfx ati 5870
corsair 750 watt psu

i had my 2 hdds setup in raid , but when i had to take my mobo out to install my new cooler i mixed up the sata ports , so my pc would start up and instantly restart, but then it would boot into windows fine , up until yesterday were once i booted i got the missing windows files msgs on the screen when my pc randomly restarted.
so i turned off raid and reveresed the hdds back to normal set the hdds to IDe inside bios
but now my vid card fan blows at 100% when i try starting up at times and my screen just flashes

any help appriciated
