Wireless Router for internet is WRT54G at 192.168.0.1
Wifi PCI card is D-Link 108mbs at 192.168.0.101
Oboard wired is 3com (a7n8x del.) 192.168.0.1/10 (tried both) w/ gateway = 192.168.0.3
Xbox is 192.168.0.3 w/ gateway = onboard wired -using crossover cat5 cable

When the xbox is powered on it disconnects the PC from the router.
-Can they be on the same subnet?

Nope.

Two NICs working at the same time same IP band No Can Do.

Change the X-Box IP band and use ICS.

I've just given up trying to get something like this to work and am going to begrudgingly give in to buying an adapter for it.
