I turned my comp off and then looked to see several minutes later that the fans never went off and the hard drive light was solid. It had given every normal indication that it shut off according to what happened on the screen and the monitor was off. I then had to push the power button on the pc to force it off. I turned the pc on to check to see if any settings might be stopping it from turning off but nothing. I then turned off the pc and it turned off properly. So I decided to turn it back on and off again to see if it was a one time fluke but on this third time it again appeared to shut down but ended up doing the same as the first time. What the hell?
And also sometimes the pc will start up painfully slow taking nearly two minutes instead of the 35 seconds as usual.
