I wouldnt go beyond a GTX 760, or even a 7870 actually. Any faster than that and your other components start to become more of a bottleneck.

If your cpu already has an aftermarket cooler please mention that here. Overclocking a little isnt that difficult. You're leaving a lot of performance on the table.

The two power supplies you looked up earlier would be fine. There may be a hot deal somewhere else, but you wouldn't be making a mistake by buying either of those.

Before you do though, what's your current PSU? I didn't see that listed.

I am using the Intel boxed cooler for my CPU. No aftermarket coolers as of now. I am fine with exploring the option for overclocking, please share some links with step-by-step guide if any for a novice.

GPU : 760 should be good. I read quite a good reviews about EVGA.

PSU : Coolermaster supplied with case. Should be 400W.

Thanks for your time.

Yeah, that PSU might be a little iffy.

A Samsung 840 250GB from NCIX ($163fs w/ promo code), GTX 760 from Newegg (MSI for $10 MIR and higher pre-OC, but eVGA and Asus are good, too--note the linked eVGA does not seem to come with a free new Splinter Cell, if you want that), and that Corsair CX600 ($12 promo) all come to about $494 to my door, prior to the video card and PSU MIRs, and not using NE's "free" shipping.

I was doing google and found that Samsung provides data migration utility for copying HDD data to SSD. May be it can help to move all softwares with OS to SSD.

That's a full drive cloning utility, which will certainly work assuming your disk usage is less than the capacity of the SSD. If it's greater, you'll have to trim it down.

Also, if you wanted to continue using your HDD as a data drive, you'd have to either format it or do a little extra work to clear out the bootloader so that you don't accidentally boot from it instead of the SSD.

Thanks a lot guys for your time.. Indeed it a was great support to me in choosing the right set of components for upgrade.
