see how high your motherboard and gpu ambient temps are? lower those to 30 and your cpu will follow.
you have bad airflow in your case
it is THAT SIMPLE.
do not buy a new hsf unless you are stupid

my socket 478 prescott idles at around 45C so yours isn't that bad. however, your ambient temps seem to be a bit high. remove your case cover and see what the difference in temps are. if it's a big margin, consider improving your air circulation.

that's about 60C. ambient temp is the temp around your computer, such as your room temperature. cpu temp probes aren't the most accurate readers to go by. what's your room temperature?

Those temps look about normal for a prescott. 135F is about 57c, my 3.4 runs at about 53c using a thermaltake jungle 512 with artic silver 5.
