PC Temperature

Hi guys,
I have a few questions for you.
I am running a P4 2.6 at about 100% CPU 24/7.
I was wondering what would be the optimal CPU temperature for that kind of volume.
Also, is there a way to know the temperature of the Harddrive, the RAM the air inside the case?
How cool should the enviroment inside the case should be?

The maximum temperature ceiling for P4's is 80 deegres celcius.

The case temperature shouldn't be any more than 10 deegres above room temp
 
My P4 2.6 idles at 30 celsius and I have it OC'ed to 3.12, under load it goes to 37 celsius.

Speedfan will let you know the temps of case and HDD. Don't know for Ram though.

Another newby question. Where do you locate the case temp probe? I have mine laying on the near the video card now. Is there a correct position?
