I looked for some threads around the interwebs. Is the stock cooler for i5 3450 enough if I do video rendering? Some guy (I know, I know...) was saying that rendering makes the cpu go up to 80C with stock. Would it really? And should I be concerned of that?

Yes, the stock cooler is fine for any sort of (non-overclocked) load that you want to put on the CPU. Intel isn't in the business of selling defective parts out of the box. It'll be loud as hell, but it will keep the CPU within spec.
