Question PC screen turns off and fan turns on at max speed

I keep getting a black screen and the fans turn on at their max speed, randomly.
Who crashed software reports:

Could be an hardware problem or a configuration problem?

PSU is Seasonic Prime TX-1600 Noctua Edition
I do not have another card i can test, i have reset the UEFI CMOS
Problem was present with previous bios version 3.25 3.30

I keep getting a black screen and the fans turn on at their max speed, randomly.
The last 50X0 owner I read with this problem ended up RMAing after failing to resolve the blackscreen issue. I did see one report reinstalling windows worked, but you already tried that. I'd also physically reseat the card.

My bet: The KFA2 factory OC + immature 5080 drivers are the smoking gun. I’d test with a slight underclock first. If that solves it, you’ve got confirmation without wasting time swapping hardware.
