Hey folks,

A friend of mine at the dorm here has a wireless keyboard / "remote control" combo and he's going to throw it away. I want to see if I can still use it.

Here is the page that has the "information" (if you can even call it that) about the mouse and keyboard (The keyboard is IR9703, the mouse IR9708.)

I have a question, though. A long time ago I remember seeing some website that had generic remote control recginition software. Does such software still exist?

Let me know!!

Thanks,

-tg

Why do you want a PC remote control? If you NEED one, for whatever reason, they sell them at computergeeks for $7 or so, and they use the serial, so you don't have to waste a usb port on one, also means no purchasing a hub if you have too many usb peripherals.
