I only read this magazine in the bathroom now. I don't think its very good, the writers don't seem to knowledgeable (by the way, I don't think their pictures would do well on Hotornot.com) The stories in there try to cover everything -- not only technology but internet business too.

Well, PC Magazine (and many of the writers) can now be found on the following ZD site: Extreme Tech

Unforunately, you can't take the Internet into the John like you can with PC Magazine. Then again, PC Magazine is a good backup if you run out of T.P.

I dropped my subscription to PC Mag about five years ago. Since that time, I've purchased only about 2 copies from the newstand - and could clearly see that I didn't miss much.

I think PC Magazine was great up until about 5 years ago --- until the Internet started to pick up. Then, many sources of information appeared quite rapidly and negated the need to see and read information that was several months old by the time it was printed.
