PC LCD's smaller than 14"???

I'm looking for a small screen just for system monitoring(dual screen setup) and i'm tight on deskspace.

smallest i've seen are 14"s for $150

I've seen 12.1" screens and 10" screens but they have all been touchscreen lcds

everyone i've seen are so pricey.
i was looking at this, http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=PCM-4 and hook it up to my s-video with an adapter.
then use powerstrip for a custom resolution....could do
