Just moved into a new house, got a new desk, looking to tone down the clutter.

One thing I need is a less bulky keyboard. My Logitech G15 has been great; but it's huge, garish, and I haven't used the macro buttons in ages. So what I'm looking for is a slim, no-frills keyboard.

The Apple USB Wired keyboard (the one with the numpad) is almost perfect; however if possibly I'd like a more PC-centric one. I like how slim it is, and how the keys look on it. USB ports are a plus, but not important. I'd much prefer wireless functionality over a couple of USB ports.

So - anybody know if anything like that, or should I just suck it up and buy an Apple keyboard? :)

Just suck it up, LOL, I use an Apple BT keyboard & a Magic Mouse with my W7 HTPC, they work great.

The current BT keyboard uses only 2 AA batteries and they're supposed to last forever.

I do keep a wired Windows keyboard around for emergencies :D

The Gigabyte GK-K6800 is surpringly decent and inexpensive ($15 at newegg.com). Several review sites gave it good marks. I'm using it myself and like it very much. I like the fact that I can use all the multimedia/internet function buttons without having to install any software driver like other keyboards with similar features.

The only one out of all these recommendations that has chiclet style keys is the Genius keyboard. I'd like to find something like the mac keyboard but more PC-centric also.

Can I get a MAC keyboard that works like a PC keyboard? Thinking particularly, moving around, editing keystrokes.
Example: Ctrl Right Arrow moves to the right one word. Ctrl End moves to end of line. Vice versa arrow to go backwards.
I have used PC keyboard since they came out. New job have to use MAC. I type over 100 wpm, and fly on the keyboard. HELP!

Use the Mac (not MAC) equivalents.

Option+arrow will jump you between words, Command+arrow will jump to the beginning/end of the line.
