PC keeps turning off

Well Im not to sure what to really provide on this but Ill do my best. Well recently for about the past month or so my PC keeps turning off randomly(about 20-30 minutes and sometimes less) and I have no idea why. I've tried to replace the video card as it was running at about 70C idle(HD 4850) and then went to a friends HD 5770 only to find out it keeps turning off which leads me to believe its either the PSU(which is a no name brand 700W) or the HDD(which is a warrant RMA). If you have questions for me please let me know and I will answer them.

Here is a pic of some of the idle temps if this even helps with anything.

Edit: Btw all fans are working(CPU,vid card, case fans, and PSU fans)

When you say turning off what do you mean exactly. Is it BSOD or just switching off. If it was me I would replace the PSU with a decent branded one and see if the problem goes away. Cheap PSUs can brick your whole system.

P.s What CPU are you using and is it overclocked.

It turns off no BSOD, and the CPU along with everything else is running at stock speeds.

Edit: I also took the PC completely apart and put it back together to make sure it wasn't grounding out or anything like that

Sorry dint notice the pic from your temp. 40c is ok. I would suspect the psu me too

Yea thats what I am thinking too cause I replaced the video card and that was the only thing that was getting real hot. Also could it maybe be the HDD maybe?
