Hello,

We have a pc in our company which restart everytime we connect to using RDP...
I can connect to the pc normaly, but when i enter username and password to login the pc automaticly restart...
How could i fix this problem? what could be the problem here?
Its driving me crazy, i always have to go there and drive 30 mins just to fix his pc... some times i go there because he cant print, and find out it just a freaking service not running...

operating system is XP

Thanks

It was the video card driver... i was able to remotely connect without any nvidia drivers installed...

I then installed 3 different nvidia drivers versions, but with no luck...

My gfx: GT 610

Is there any thing i could do ?

That's too bad.

On RDP options dialog, there are display and local resources tabs, try not use fullscreen, highest quality colors (32 bits), and do not map printers on local resources, also on experiences tab use low bandwidth. That's all I can think of.

Hmm are you able to replace the video card? I would expect the gas savings in avoiding a few 30 min trips would easily pay for a replacement video card...
