PC hanging up when I restart.

My PC is locking up at the startup screen when I choose to restart. Only way out of it is to hard reset. PC shuts down fine, only hangs when I attempt to restart.

Give us some more info like what hardware and OS you are running.

Heh....that makes it sound like your modem hangs up when you restart.
