PC Gaming with Vista SP1?

I updated. Haven't had any issues. Only games I've played though are Mythos and the Sins of the Solar Empire demo. Maybe C&C3 I don't remember.

Played Bioshock and TF2 on SP1 and have not encountered any problems so far. I'll have Crysis up and running soon as well, but I don't foresee any issues there either.

Anyone get any performance increase? If so, is Vista still slower than XP?

I've had 0 problems gaming in Vista thus far. Can't really say if it's slower than XP or not because my hardware is fast enough that I don't think I'd notice a difference.

Didnt have any issues before SP1..
Vista 64 with 8 gigs of ram on all approved Vista hardware = stable nice game box.

Working fine here. I have tried Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Unreal 2, UT2K4, UT3, Quake III, Homeworld 2, Vampire Bloodlines, Half Life 2 and all work great.

Haven't had any issues with Vista 64 and SP1.

So far I've played/tried; GTA: San Andreas, Oblivion, HL2, CSS, Bioshock, Gears of War, World of Warcraft, Freelancer, Bridge it, Far Cry, and Crysis.

Take what plunge? There is a member here with 400 games running on Vista 64 Ultimate.

The plunge to SP1....like stated in the title.

I've been running Vista for over a year, but just wanted to see what the gaming experience was like with the SP1 update. Better/Worse/No change, etc.

Flight simmers take note.
My FSx fps has gone off the roof, or the best ever thanks to SP1 and the newly acquired 8800gts 512 (minor upgrade from the 8800gts 640mb).
