So, I got 2000$ as a budget,

I will use this computer for gaming, video making, photoshop and editing stuff like 3d models, etc. but primarily for gaming...

Well, I'm not really a fanboy of any brand,

and I will run this computer sometimes overclocked and sometimes, not,

and also, I'm going to buy parts either at the Philippines or online, like newegg and

I'm gonna use one to three monitors, I don't know what the resolutions are, sorry.

And lastly, I'm gonna build this once I choose a build...

And I won't buy this with a software thingy...

By the way, thanks to KeithTalent for moving this thread to the right section... Sorry if I didn't really make a good format with my OP, I'm on a rush...

You can build a very good system with that budget.Post that in the general hardware section.

OK, so you need to buy a monitor with this budget? What about keyboard and mouse? Speakers/headphones?
Yes, but only one monitor since my brother is gonna take care of the other two. And the peripherals, well, we already have one.

You already have one what? A mouse, a keyboard, speakers, headphones, or one of each?

You said you could buy from Newegg, so I'm going to go with that. I don't really know how much it's going to cost you to get stuff shipped, let me know and I'll take that into account as well. Also assuming that you're not going to be able to do any rebates.

i7 4700K + Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600 8GB combo $340
ASUS Z87-A + Samsung 840 250GB combo $285
Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600 8GB (second set) $60
Sapphire 7970 CFX $600
Seagate 7200RPM 2TB $80 AP
ASUS DVD Burner $16 AP
XFX Core 750W $90
Corsair 500R $100 AP
Yamakasi 27" 2560x1440 monitor $375
Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 $30
Total: $1976 AP

Are the artics better than the cooler master evo fans? Could have gotten the latter cheap at the microcenter but skipped it.

Great build!

I'd probably get a Gold rated Seasonic G-750 for $16 more after promo.

This particular Arctic is better as it runs at lower RPM (quieter) but performs the same thanks to higher heatsink mass. And it's covered by 6 yr warranty

Well, this is awesome, but could I change the graphics card to the HOF GTX 780? Or this one's better?

He quotes $600 for a $300 GPU, I'm assuming he wants you to run them in tandem, 2xHD7970 will out perform a single GTX780, 2 GTX 780's could beat the 7970's but it'll cost you more than $600

Yep, 7970 CFX, as in two of 'em.
But, the GALAXY GeForce GTX 780 HOF beated a Titan when it was overclocked... Or still two 7970's are WAY better?
EDIT: Oh, nevermind. I'd better use those two 7970's.
