This game sucks. It was fun for the first 20 minutes or so but then suckdom began. It's just a tech demo anyway so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I agree. UT2k4 has great multiplayer action and that will keep me happy for a while. I'm going to pass on this game. Probably get an evaluation version just to check it out.

i'm running on amd 64bit 3400+, 1gb of pc3200, raptor and radeon 9800 pro but i have a feeling this isn't enough to run d3 on full graphics settings :/

Guys, I'm running a 2700+, 9700 Pro, and a gig of RAM. Even at high detail (1024x768 / no AA) the game looks stunning and runs smooth as a baby's arse. No chugging, stutter, or horrible load times.

Really? I thought WoW was skirting around the whole PvP issue. That's one of the main reasons I'm still kinda meh about the whole game.

they are implementing the PvP last. lots of people think wow is nothing but pve. blizzard said in the past they will start with Ffaction vs faction battlegrounds with siege...you can take over towers and castles. i berlieve they have been quoted as saying something along the lines of, "imagine a war3 game...thats what WoW FvF will be like...and each of you are one unit."


even if the BGs suck, there's always PvP servers or maybe kalimdor vs azeroth continent warfare ;p

Well, the BGs in DAOC are a lot more fun than the regular PvP so that sounds great to me. I do miss Shadowbane type gankfests but Blizzard has never let me down so I'll definately give them a chance. This will probably be my last MMOG ever so I hope its a good one.
