PC Freezing

Sometimes when I work under windows after about an hour (minimum) the Windows freezes.
It always happens when i'm on like desktop, or one time when i pressed something in the web browser, never when playing or something.

Now I went for few mintures away. came back and it froze again.

The computer i'm using, click on "My Computers" in my signature and it's "LeToy 64".

My video card is overclocked quite a bit, 6800GT (350mhz/1000mhz) at 404mhz/1110mhz.
My Memory voltage is at 2.75v.
I have 3 Hard drives connected, I use only one for now untill I raid 2 of them, so 2 of them are even not formatted.
Nothing else I could think of...

Maybe you have any ideas?

Put the video card back to default to help troubleshoot, run memtest, and check event viewer to see what kind of errors you are getting. Since its doing it when not playing games and what not, it probably isn't the overclock on the video card, but I would set it back to default anyway.

How can it be any of those?
How can it be the PSU?
And the fact I changed to memory voltage can it be that? my memory modules are suppose to work at 2.75v...

Second time it happened to me after playing like close to an hour then exiting, i click something and it freezes.

And I don't know if this will make a difference, I don't think it's from the video card, cause the temp of the GPU it ok (running OCed) ideal and stress. But I lowered it to exactly ULTRA speeds.

Ok I'm all out of idea's.
I think it's either something with the RAID controller (on board), cause sometimes I get an error from Nvidia RAID controller (and I didn't make a raid yet, 1 drive working 2 others connected and not formatted) when loging on windows.

I tried to go into windows but it gets stuck when it reaches either the windows xp windows with the moving blue bar, or when it gets to the "hello" screen before the desktop or the login.

Now I changed everything back to how it was (other then the memory speed which was on 166), meanning, AGP Aperture back to 128MB (I had on 256MB), MEmory Voltage back to AUTO, no performance or any auto overclocking shit.

Now windows came up. I don't know.
What can it be? i'll try loading with one by one back to what i had it set on.
