PC freezes then 1 beep and resumes

This has been happening a bit lately to me, I'm honestly not sure what is causing it.

The best way I can describe it is when I'm on google chrome just browsing websites the computer will freeze for 1-3 seconds (mouse freezes, no response to keyboard inputs), then makes a single beep and goes away, it seems almost 100% random. I did the windows memory checks and it came out ok, I also removed the OC from my GPU.

What do you mean, "goes away." Does it let you just resume what you are doing, or does it reboot?
Is the beep coming from the speakers, or the tower?
Does this ever happen while you are playing a game or something else that puts your computer under a heavy load?
Do you hear fans spinning up when this happens?
Is this one of the rigs in your signature, or a different computer?

It's through the speakers the beep and yes nothing crashes and everything resumes normally.
And no gaming has never done it, only web browsing and downloading on something like steam.
And the PC is rig 1

I think that used to happen with an overheating CPU? Or with a fan failure.

There's probably some BIOS setting for the warning?

Look in the BIOS and see if there are any warnings set up for fan failure or CPU temp, etc.

Is there any way we can hear this sound?

I wonder if it's a plug-in. Does it happen it you run Chrome with plug-ins disabled?

I just had Skype installer freeze up on me for like 1-2 minutes on this laptop. I think that the problem is the SSD. It's a Phison S8, which is known for freezing up.

I am kinda of afraid that is the issue, only because I have a Samsung 840 with TLC.

I've got it figured out now, had some browser issues and did some malware scanning
Hasn't happened in like 3 days.
