As far as cases go, I built a Fractal Design Core 1000, much smaller than I expected! I really liked the way it looked when complete:

For the $$$ I can't think of anything better!

It only takes Micro ATX mobos whereas the OP has full ATX.

Antec Two Hundred plus fanless 5450 gets my vote.

The Antec 300 Illusion is a pretty good case. Not sure if they'll like the case lights, but I can always cut wires to the LEDs to disable the lights.

Psh, thats what a screw driver is for =P. Who starts there computer with a button, that is SO over rated lol.
