pc failing?

Today I got 3 BSOD. The last time I had a camera ready to take a picture of it, but i was too slow. A while back, I had my cpu overclocked at 3.6 (e8400) and it was stable for 5 months. after pc freezing issues i turned it down to 3ghz. My sound recently started to break up from one speaker to the other, but most of the time the sound is still good. Do you think my pc is failing?
 
Take the system back to stock. you won't be able to find the problem till you have it at stock. Otherwise ti may just be some bad settings in the OC.
 
It's been at stock for a month now, but I just started getting BSOD yesterday. I have reseted the CMOS also. Could the motherboard be failing, since the sound is messed up?
