I would probably check your GPU for possible driver issues and your RAM settings in BIOS.

Your power supply is what concerns me. Raidmax does not make very high quality units.

I'm not sure if i get you well but when i sorted problem to find critical and bad ones, i've got history like this. I'm wondering why it's just happening while playinga games , or some video playing but rarely.

Games, and sometimes even video, put more stress on the computer than when you are just surfing the Internet, so several parts are pushed to the limit, which in some cases can make it more difficult to find a problem.

One thing you can also do to troubleshoot is look for any blue screens that occur before the screen goes black, and check the C:Windows\Minidump folder for any .dmp files.

But that happend few times to show me blue screen, other time screen goes black and after 10 sec just restarts with no blue screen.

The minidump files go along with what phis6 mentioned, a graphics card driver problem (most of the ones I have seen are from AMD cards).

If you are running the latest AMD drivers for your card, try going back a few versions, or remove the drivers completely and see what Windows update comes up with.

+1

But then "635w (80+ bronze)" should be enough for that system. The symptoms sound like either a power supply or driver problem. Most likely power.

I've uninstalled driver, and windows update when i clicked to check, it doesnt look for graphic card driver, so i have to install it manually.

btw. can be something with audio driver, i had 3 audio drivers in device menager installed, but i've disabled High Definition Audio and AMD HIgh definition, only active is Realtek HD Audio and it still happens.

(and maybe it's useful: this happens when i start playing WoW after about 30seconds, and while playing some other game it happens once in few days)

I've just tried 2 "older" drivers:

- 13-9_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql_635163287182831883
- 13-12_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql

and problem still exists, same screen goes black, sound works, and i can't do anything.
I'm really getting anoyyed, feel like im non helpable at all.

In that case, the next most likely cause is the power supply not keeping up with the load. You don't need anything more powerful, just something that can provide steady power under load.

@ketchup79 how you meant "something that can provide steady power under load"?
How could i fix this problem? So if i didnt misunderstood, i dont need to change my PSU, it's relatively new, i've buy my PC maybe 5-6 months ago.
