PC beeps while on?

My pc recently started beeping. Any suggestions?

Are any alarms set in BIOS, such as temp or fan speed alarms?

Yes, most likely, Fan speed (stalled / low RPM) alarm, temps (too high), or possibly even keyboard (stuck keys).

Removed 2 ram-sticks, as for now, the beeping is gone. Does this mean the removed ram-sticks are broken?

If it were a "bad RAM stick beep", you would likely get three or repeated beeps, when booting (during POST), and it wouldn't boot.

Chances are, it's temp-related, and shutting the PC down to remove the RAM sticks, allowed it to cool off some, and now it's not beeping.

I would clean and dust the PC, if you haven't in a while.
