I have used a bunch of stuff historically, end point, sophos, etc.

Anyone ever used the gfi Vipre ?
http://www.gfi.com/business-antivirus-software

Join the millions worldwide that trust VIPRE business antivirus solutions for
real-time threat protection that won't slow down PCs, consume IT resources
or bog down the network.

VIPRE is available as an on-premise, cloud-managed or stand-alone solution.
Each version includes free tech support by phone, email or online chat.

Of course everyone advertises millions of users, etc, etc. Lately endpoint has been disappointing me, it missed a few stuff and I was wondering is it time to replace it. I know not every virus will be caught but still, is there something better i should be looking at..

If I had to choose a paid AV because that was the only line of defense I was going to use, I'd probably go with Kaspersky's antivirus or internet-security suite. They combine signatures, heuristics, behavioral detection, reputation, and exploit-prevention defenses, and have relatively good detection rates.

But that was just an "if I had to choose AV alone" scenario. There's some extremely effective options available that the average AnandTech Forums member will have little difficulty with. See the link in my signature if you're interested in giving your Windows system a security makeover. A properly-done Software Restriction Policy is probably the single most powerful countermeasure, assuming you have a version of Windows that can do it (not Home versions).

Summary: if your antivirus isn't getting the job done (or even if it seems to be), picking a different antivirus is just gambling at a different table. Harden the system first, before you go looking for another AV.

I had that 2 years ago, license just expired. It actually missed a lot of the stuff endpoint picked up. Basically all this stuff is from internet surfing.. people need to do research so they click on anything, we can't really block sites other than whatever is block off opendns.
